LaToya Fletcher is the Facility Security Officer (FSO) for DRS Consultant Group, LLC, who has 20 plus years experience in security and she is responsible for ensuring that our organization maintains full compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) security requirements while supporting the mission of the Defense Security Counterintelligence Agency (DSCA). DoD contractors, such as DRS Consultant Group, play a vital role in national security by providing essential goods, services, and expertise that directly support military operations.

 
LaToya operates under the National Industrial Security Program (NISP) to ensure we adhere to strict protocols for safeguarding classified and controlled unclassified information (CUI). Our responsibilities span from personnel security and physical security to information and cyber security—ensuring that sensitive defense-related data is protected from unauthorized access. By understanding and upholding these security standards, we contribute to the integrity of U.S. defense operations and the trusted collaboration with our international allies.
